I really dig the products and the ordering process, but I'm a bit puzzled about this 'free advertising' thing. I get that some of this is on me to figure out your guidelines. As a small business owner with a packed schedule, I don’t have much spare time. From what I gather, there's a chance to personalize the 'free advertising'—like adding images of my shop—sometime after you confirm our order but before you ship it. Unfortunately, we can't do anything in advance. If we miss that chance, you end up using a standard image and some other stuff that might not even benefit my business. Then I get a message saying, 'Your free advertising is all done!' and all I see on your site is that 'the time to edit this is past.'
